How to get rid of huge tummy?

I'm in my 30's and enjoying my motherhood. After pregnancy and delivery, I have put on weight. I didn't bother to reduce it. A few weeks back, I met my old friends and everyone was shocked to see my new appearance. I have won the title of the best figure 2 times. One of my besties asked me to reduce my weight. I started hitting the gym but there was no great result. I have a huge tummy and my kids started asking if I’m carrying or not. I have tried many exercises to reduce my tummy but there was no effect. Recently, I saw some before and after tummy tuck pictures from Windsor ( ) and I'm thinking of giving it a shot. But before that, I would like to know if there is anything that I could do to get rid of the flat belly. Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried doing intermittent fasting? It works out for me. You just got to YouTube it for more information. While doing the intermittent fasting, you should focus on doing abdominal workouts too. Also d a lot of cardio. Doing cardio on an empty stomach helps burn fat.

You may be surprised by the way your belly looks like after the birth of your baby. From the moment your baby is born, hormonal changes cause your uterus to contract, shrinking it back to it's pre-pregnancy state. It takes six to eight weeks for your uterus to return to it's normal size. Forget about dieting for at least six weeks postpartum and focus on eating a healthy diet. Most women are sleeo-deprived, tired, and lack the energy to exercise. Prepare healthy meals and do what it takes to lose the weight during this stressful time. Losing the baby weight can take upwards of a year. You can also do an exercise. Take a deep breath and pull your stomach muscles in. Then as you exhale, slowly lift your neck and head offf the floor, extending your arms on either side of your legs. Be sure to keep your stomach muscles pulled in. Hold for two beats, then take another deep breath and slowly lower yourself as you exhale. It will really work. Do it regularly and see the positive results.

Hi there. How are you? I can totally understand your feelings. I also gained so much wait after my 3rd pregnancy. I used to walk daily and I became very strict on my diet. My weight reduced rapidly. Please be strict for your diet. If you are not a b.p patient then do take a little hot glass of water daily empty stomach. Eliminate the transfats, oily edibles and white sugar, white flour from your diet. No matter what, walk daily atleast 30 minutes early in the morning and before slepeing. Try not to eat after 9 or last by 10 pm. I hope you will have the best results soon. Take care of your diet, health and physical activity. Good luck.

Weight loss after pregnancy is a great challenge for every woman in that stage. Post pregnancy tummy fat is one of the most common complaints of new mothers. The abdomen and overall hips get enlarged due to pregnancy and coming back to shape takes some time. Remember it took nine months to gain this weight and cannot be toned in a few days. It is very important to remember not to diet or start an exercise plan immediately after giving birth. Allow your body to recover first and then struggle to shed those extra pounds. A restrictive diet or an overly strenuous workout can have a negative impact on both you and your baby. Keep in mind that in most cases, post pregnancy belly fat is only a temporary problem and breastfeeding mothers tend to regain their figure in a matter of weeks or months. A nutritious diet combined with light stretch exercises will help a person reduce weight in a couple of months. Herbal and home made remedies are a more natural alternative to conventional medications and are highly affective in the recovery process. It helps you get rid of your mummy tummy. too.

It's very common to gain weight after pregnancy because of taking pills in process of delivery. I suggest you to eat healthy and doing proper exercise daily. That will lead you in proper figure. I know it's tough time for you, but you can achieve the results soon by doing proper exercise daily. At my pregnancy time i faced these problems too, but by doing right exercise daily and by eating healthy I managed to back in shape. I suffered alot, But trust me you can do the same in two or three months. Stop planning new baby for a year, You just need to focus on your weight right now. Hope you understand the requirements well. And you will follow the instructions, keep visiting different sites and do proper research. Best of luck.

Ahh!! Story of almost every mommy. I am also going through the same struggle of getting rid of HUGE tummy. I am a happy mom of four kids and soon will turn 40. All of my kids are normal birth. My youngest one is 18 months old. I put a lot of weight in my fourth and ‘last’ pregnancy. It’s been one and a half year I am trying to come back to my pre delivery body but no success. I have tried everything healthy eating, exercise, walk and yoga too. But nothing works for me. Cannot understand what else to do.

I think it is the most difficult task to reduce baby fat. I was also very slim before my pregnancy. Post delivery it was like a bump left behind. It is not impossible to get back the figure. Try some cardio exercises. Belly exercises can also do a great deal. There are a lot of stuff available on the internet. You can take help from that. Controlling your diet is also essential. If you are breastfeeding then there are chances of losing some extra pounds. All you need is consistent efforts. You know the results of exercise will be shown after a lot of struggle. You will be amazed to see your after doing a d=struggle of a month. Do not give up soon. Try to give some shocks to your body. All the best to you.

You might be shocked by the way your midsection looks like after the introduction of your infant. From the minute your child is conceived, hormonal changes make your uterus contract, contracting it back to its pre-pregnancy state. It takes six to two months for your uterus to come back to its typical size. Disregard slimming down for no less than a month and a half baby blues and concentrate on eating a sound eating regimen. Most ladies are restless, tired, and do not have the vitality to work out. Plan sounds suppers and do what it takes to lose the weight amid this unpleasant time. Losing the child weight can take upwards of a year. You can likewise complete an activity. Take a full breath and draw your stomach muscles in. At that point as you breathe out, gradually lift your neck and take off the floor, expanding your arms on either side of your legs. Make certain to keep your stomach muscles pulled in. Hold for two beats, at that point take another full breath and gradually bring down yourself as you breathe out. It will truly work. Do it frequently and see the positive outcomes.

hello! its great to know that you are starting to get back into fitness so earl. for the entire first year after i had my babies, i completely let myself go, and that wasnt a very good decision. its reallt great that you are being conceincious about it from the start. having a good diet always helps. i wouldnt suggest starving yourself, or not eating at all. that isnt good for your body or for your baby if you breastfeed. it is also not good because you need your energy to take care of your little baby! i would suggst that you keep a good babalced light diet, and start excerciseing and working out. i love going for runs becuase they not only help so much with shedding some of that pregnancy weight, they also give me some time to get some me time, and relax and clear my head. sometimes, i would strap my little bay in his stroller, and go for a brisk walk too. that also wirked pretty great for mr. i started doing some light excercies at home, an them i joined the gym after a while. hope that this helps! best of luck with it all! cheers!
