30 weeks pregnant, lots of anxiety!

It recently just started, but I'm now more nervous and have way more anxiety... I've been trying to just relax but every time i do i just start thinking too much. Last year I lost my first baby girl at 24 weeks due to a spontaneous loss... I'm very blessed to know that i got passed that week and now am 30 weeks pregnant. Im going to be a ftm soon... and for 5 years I was an auntie, so i just want to know is it normal to feel like this..?

    First of all, I am so sorry for your previous loss. And congratulations at 30 weeks. You are almost there. Anxiety is completely normal. Its so much to think about but try to relax. Is there a hobby or do you like to read? Something to help not think about everything so much. I understand how you must be feeling. Try to get some rest and relax before the baby comes. Hang in there!!

    SO normal. We had a loss between our first two and as much as I enjoyed pregnancy with my first my second's pregnancy was just terrible because of nerves. You're in the home stretch now, try to relax as much as you can. I know nothing I can say will make it easier, but be good to yourself!

    Hello there! anxiety is hard to deal with I'm sorry that you are going through this. You should not think about anything negative and you should not take any kind of stress on your mind. I am sorry to hear about your first baby but I will recommend you to forget it for now. Now you are having a responsibility of a baby inside your womb and it is very important to stay healthy and happy for you during this condition. If you want to get some good help to get rid of the problem of stress and anxiety, I will suggest you add some regular yoga and meditation in your routine. Meditation will be very helpful for you and yoga will have to keep you fit and active. You just need someone to talk and to share your opinions during this period of your life. I know that your body is going through many physical, emotional and hormonal changes but you have to control it. It is a good option to think about positive and beautiful things in your life when you feel any kind of anxiety or stress problem.
