How do you get past this?

Hello people. I am finding it hard to cope. I lost my baby. I was 28 weeks pregnant. I don't know how it happened. Maybe it was carelessness on my part. Either way, I feel just so awful. It was going to a girl. I had picked out a name. Had started shopping for her. I don't have the strength to try again. What do I do? How do you get past this? Is it possible to stop feeling this awful? This incompetent?

I'm sure it wasn't your fault! I lost a pregnancy earlier on and it took me so long to recover but eventually I was at peace with it. You'll probably hurt for a long time but eventually you'll get stronger agian.

I am extremely sorry to know about your MC. I can understand how hard this all must be for you. No one can really comprehend that. You would have started to imagine the baby with you after some months. However, dont worry I am sure things will get better. Just dont lose hope. I would suggest asking your doctors for full reports. It is important to know the reason behind the MC. This will then help you in moving ahead. Dont give up. Visit a good doctor four help. They will really give in their best. Good luck to you. Sending baby dust your way.

Hey. Hope you are feeling better. This is awful news. I'm really sorry for your loss. I wish I could do something for you here. But sadly I can only pray. I really hope you get through this. It won't be easy. But you have to try. This is not the end of the world. Sometimes you can avoid such situations. Regardless, miscarriages are horrible. I wouldn't wish one even on my worst enemies. Maybe you should take some time off for yourself. You can TTC again when you are ready. I hope everything goes well. Hang in there.

I am really sorry to hear about your loss. I can understand how hard this must be for you. Just stay strong and positive. I would suggest that you keep yourself busy with something or another. Maybe start looking for your next plan of action. Research about treatments! Reading success stories also helps. Sending baby dust your way.

I can't believe this. I know, how a miscarriage feels. You must be going through such a difficult time. Good luck to you, honey. You can get through it. I'd suggest getting the tests done. It's important to be on the safe side before trying again. My prayers are with you. I really hope you get that happiness, soon.
