I'm pregnant - Is it safe to undergo reflexology?

Hey! I am happy and glad to inform you that I'm pregnant. It's been 5 years since we are married. And we were longing for this wonderful moment for the last 5 years. I am worried whether I face complications during delivery. I am a person who worries a lot for even simple things. And I am also afraid of the pain during delivery. Seeing my condition, one of my friends suggested undergoing reflexology treatment at a clinic in Mississauga. She said that the treatment is provided by certified reflexologists ( ). She also added that this treatment relieves tension and improves blood circulation. Is there anyone here who had undergone this treatment before? How was your experience? Please share your views and suggestions. Thanks!

Hi, I am happy to hear that you are going to be a mother again. Believe me and I know you can even relate, becoming a mother completes a woman in so many ways. A mother is always the worrying type otherwise the household won’t function I guess. I would suggest you improve your diet as well as adopt some relaxation methods like Yoga. As your query was whether reflexology works or not, I want to say is that during my first delivery, I flew to my home city. My little sister used to massage my feet and hands; I won’t say she was a reflexologist. But she was very keen on finding ways to reduce stress. Her message on the several points on both feet and hand made me quite stress less. It will work for you too.

I simply have heard it entirely acclaimed now...But, I think there is no experimentally demonstrated certainties that leads toward that reflexology is useful. I imply that there is no confirmation that it has any curing impacts. Anyway! I'm happy that it worked out for you. Indeed, I will likewise attempt it once in a while; on the off chance that I get a shot. I'm happy that it worked for you.

Hey there madam! Reflexology is not harmful to pregnancy, totally safe but it's not something that will benefit your pregnancy or it has any kind of risk. But it's so relaxing that during pregnancy it will help you calm down and avoid some pain, it can also help you avoid stress. Too And it will also help you after delivery because it keeps the body active and healthy. So go for it, it will help you in this pain.
