pregnancy issues

Hello y'all. How are you all doing? I am new here. Have just joined this forum to get some help. My DH has just shared that he want us to start trying. And this thought hasfreaked me out. We are happily married for two years. We have never been pregnant. We neither tried nor protected. What do you all think? Am I freaking out for nothing?

It is completely normal to feel this way when you start TTC. There is nothing to worry about though. You should talk to him if you are not ready. Its okay if you need time to prepare yourself for this. One thing I know is stressing has a huge impact on this. You want to start this phase with a clear mind. I hope it works.

Olivia, it is completely normal for your DH and you to start the TTC journey. The more you freak out the more stress you will be. Stress is not good for you at all. So I would suggest that you just stay positive. I am sure you will soon get pregnant. Eat healthy food and stay hydrated. Inorder to release tension start doing yoga as well. Good luck to you.

Hi. I'm sorry to hear about your struggles. I think you should consult your doctor about this. Two years is a long time. Now is a good time to try some treatment. I'm sure you will conceive soon with a little help. If you need any help, we are here for you. Let us know how your visit to the doctor goes.

Hey congratulation that you have finally started. Do not freak out. But if you feel like you're not ready, you should talk to him. Do not rush into it. Being pregnant is an amazing experience. Just take your time. Hopefully everything would work out.

I think you are just overthinking. Stress is not ideal in such a situation. I would suggest that you start with tracking your dates. Stary looking at the ovulation date and then TTC according to that. I hope you are soon able to get a BFP. I know it can be a difficult thing to do, however, I am sure things will get better. Good luck to you. Sending baby dust your way.
