Stuck for choices

At my early age, I was always in the oblivion. I was brought up in an athletic family but genetically fit. The risk of strenuous exercise that I did each morning I woke up blinded me to keep on so as the body can adapt. I had even to lose my primary virginity as a cycled the bicycle. I didn’t get the right person to counsel and guide me through the process. I was so naïve and very young to tell apart what was wrong or right. Little did I know the ups and downs that I would later come by later in life. At my early teen age, I started to experience my monthly periods. This time too often but sometimes it would take even two months for it to happen. Life became so tolerable on my side. I always thought it was normal and didn’t have the guts to ask my parents and colleagues. As I grew up and knew how to navigate through the whole cycle, I knew the truth and got curious. That’s when I realized I was experiencing abnormal periods. As time went on, I couldn’t ovulate at all. The condition worsened and I had to seek medical attention. On further analysis, the doctor learned that I couldn’t be able to hold an embryo in my uterus. “Is it genetic or is it the exercise that I do all days?”. That is the question that lingers in my mind. I am in a confusion now as I cannot conceive however much I try.

Hey sister, hope you are doing well? Your assumption is kind of true to an extent because studies do show that too much exercise and, too much of overheating your body may lead to irregular periods. As a result in long run, it may lead to infertility. That is why people do say that too much of anything can be harmful to oneself. However, there might be some genetic factors involved also. Do you have a family history of infertility or irregular periods? Consult an OB and get your complete check up done. And look into your treatment options. And don't overthink, all will be well.

Hello and Welcome! I am sorry about your problem. Exercise is good for health but remembers one thing, that much of the use of anything is harmful to the health. There is no need to worry because it has a solution. Never lose hope and try exploring more and more options, look for good clinics and take the right decision. In your position, you would go with surrogacy. There are many clinics in the world that offer surrogacy, but I advise you please visit a clinic located in Ukraine, from which I have taken my treatment. They are a great team of experts. They provide all necessary services during your stay there like food, accommodation, and transportation. Contact them and you will learn all about your possibilities. All the best.

Hi Judithy. From our childhood, we are taught about the benefits of exercise. I never knew that exercise could even cause problems. Are you sure that exercise is responsible for your issues? Have you verified it by your doctor? I think you have done exercise more than it was required. We all know that excess of everything is bad. Anyways, we cannot change it now. However, we can look for the treatments. Have you heard of surrogacy? Surrogacy lets you have your own biological child. Why don’t you consider surrogacy as an option? Talk to your family and DH about it. I will not recommend you to go for adoption. The procedure is adoption is long. At the end, the baby is not yours biologically.

Hi Judithy. I hope you are fine. It is unbelievable that exercise was the cause of your issue. Are you sure that it was due to exercise? There can be other factors too. The issue is already there now. We have to search for a solution. I have a solution in a mind. That solution is surrogacy. I have had my child through surrogacy. It was a very safe option. It has high success rate if we compare it to other solutions and procedures. I took surrogacy procedure through donor eggs. I really had an amazing experience. I would suggest you go for it.

Hi dear, I am sorry to hear about your problem. Sometimes things just happened. It is not all your fault. Do not blame yourself for all this. We have always heard that exercise makes us fit. It is very common that virginity breaks due injuries in which you fall on sharp object. Excess of everything is harmful. You should have understood this. Anyways, we cannot change it now. I would suggest you go for some infertility procedure. I have also got my baby through one of the infertility procedure that is surrogacy. I am recommending it to you also because of my personal experience. I hope you will think about surrogacy. I wish you best of luck.

Hi dear, sorry to hear about your problem sometimes things just happened it's not all your fault One of the best ways to improve your fertility is to have a healthy weight, Optimizing egg health is key, so get to a healthy weight and if you smoke, quit now, Hirshfeld-Cytron said. Talk to your doctor about IUI, IVF, and using a donor egg.We have to make sure that the tubes are open, otherwise there's no way for sperm and egg to communicate Your doctor can screen for a tubal factor with an x-ray and if the tubes are blocked, IVF is the best treatment.

Oh dear. Sometimes bad things happen to us and we don’t even know. We come to know when those things start to show their effects. The same has happened to you. It is really a great thing to do exercise and daily basis. Because being healthy should be the first priority for every person. But it did not turn well for you. I think it is the cycling and the exercise that you did earlier start to cause problems and now it has to lead you to the serious problem of infertility. I can also not become a mother again. I was diagnosed with a heart disease after the first year of my marriage. It was really heartbreaking for me. I always felt very isolated and did not know what to do. My husband really supported me and loved me a lot. After some time I realized that instead of sitting alone and crying I should look up to some solution. Then I found the process of surrogacy. I found a clinic that is in a foreign country but it is a lot cheaper than other surrogacy clinics and the offers were absolutely amazing. I visited the clinic’s website and the instructions were given to first send all my documents to them through email. I got all my documents scanned and sent it to the clinic. After few days the clinic emailed me with a positive response. I was so happy that I cannot tell you. Now I have to go to the clinic at the end of the month to have my surrogacy process started. I would suggest you that you should definitely look for surrogacy. You will also become a mother soon. Stay blessed.

Hey there! I am really shocked after reading your story. I have never heard such a story before. Exercises and other physical activities make us strong and healthy. But in your case, it has happened the opposite. I don’t know why. It could be a genetic problem because losing primary virginity during cycling is a thing that can happen to anyone. But the irregular periods after that and now your infertile condition, it is really difficult to believe. You need to consult a doctor soon. You should know the reason behind your problem. If you want to be a mother I can help you with that by sharing my own experience. I have a heart disease and when I was diagnosed with it the doctors gave me the shocking news that I cannot become a mother with this disease. Because if I do so I can even die. It was a big risk to get pregnant and my husband always refused whenever I told him to try for a baby. My husband knew that I was eager to have a baby. Soon enough m genius husband came up with a solution for my condition and it was surrogacy. I now have a healthy baby boy through surrogacy. I did not think that it was ever possible for me to have my own baby. But surrogacy proved me wrong. The baby has our genes as the embryo was created from my eggs and my husband sperms. It was implanted in a surrogate that carried our child. It was really an amazing experience. You should also go for it. Take care.

Hi Judith! Dear, I can understand your pain. Children are really a blessing and when we cannot have that blessing it tears us apart. Every woman desires to have her own children that will complete her family but some women do not have this blessing. Yours and my condition are quite similar. You and I both are fertile but still not able to bear a baby. The reason to for your condition is that you cannot hold the embryo in your uterus and I cannot even get pregnant because of my heart disease. But now I have a baby of my own. You might be thinking how or it is some sort of treatment that took me out of my miserable condition. No! I still have my heart disease and I am having my treatment for it. It was surrogacy that gave me my own child. It is a very successful and famous reproductive program. I went to a clinic abroad with my husband and my mom and had this process done. I had to do nothing as the clinical staff was so helpful and they took care all of all the things. I just had to pay some visits to the clinic and my payment in the end when my baby was delivered. A surrogate mother was arranged for me that carried by a child. I could not even believe it. I cannot tell you how much my life has changed now and I have a complete and happy family. I hope you also have a baby soon but first, you need to make a firm decision regarding surrogacy. Do your own research to know better about this useful process.
