Feeling the WM guilt!

Normally I don't feel a lot of mommy guilt because me working is how we can afford a lot of the extras we need wrt medical stuff for my baby, but my LO has started crying at daycare dropoff when that was never an issue before. I don't think there's any reason - nothing has changed and we love our provider - but it really just plain sucks to have to hand over my crying baby to someone else and then go sit in on mtgs or whatever with that being the last part of my morning. I don't have a question or anything just looking for some good vibes from my fellow working mamas or any mamas really! We're all in this together, right?

By the way, I loved this: http://cognoscenti.wbur.org/2013/05/31/the-mommy-ecosystem-carey-goldberg Puts it all into perspective!

You are an amazing mom and soooo not alone with your mommy guilt. We all get it now and then. Don't be so hard on yourself! Your LO will go in and out of the crying phase, but I am sure once you leave, the activities and buddies at daycare will keep your LO busy and happy as a bee!

You LO is just communicating feelings. Mommy I love you and will miss you and can't wait to see you again. I'm sure when you leave LO does not keep it up long. It's just for your benefit. It's the only way to articulate that you are absolutely LO's favorite person in the whole world!

Love NatashaM.'s take on it because I have been in your shoes for sure! The whole first month I left my now 5yo at daycare was THE WORST. I'm not kidding when I say that I literally thought about just driving my car into something on the way to work :( It was really a nightmare for me.
